Rapunzel returns to the kingdom of Corona only to find that it has been taken over by an old enemy with the help of Andrew and the Separatists of the realm of Saporia. Sticking by her side is her boyfriend and partner in life, Eugene; her loyal chameleon sidekick, Pascal; no-nonsense and dutiful stallion, Maximus; Eugene’s best childhood friend, Lance Strongbow, a redeemed Varian and two former thieves, Angry and Red's real names are revealed to be Kiera and Catalina.
